What is NeuroSat?

NeuroSat is an advanced decentralized data processing system designed for CubeSat swarms. Unlike traditional systems that rely on Earth-based ground stations for data analysis, NeuroSat enables CubeSats to process data autonomously completely in space. Using federated learning and blockchain technology, NeuroSat facilitates seamless collaboration between CubeSats while ensuring data privacy and security. This reduces latency, lowers energy consumption, and eliminates dependence on constant Earth communication, enabling more energy-efficient and reliable missions.

NeuroSat was born from a team of high schoolers having a shared passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by CubeSat missions. As high school students immersed in engineering, aerospace, and space exploration, we recognized the growing need for CubeSats to operate autonomously, at a secure and efficient level, in space. Inspired by this challenge, we developed a decentralized data processing system designed to empower CubeSat swarms with real-time decision-making capabilities. Our journey began with a simple idea: to revolutionize CubeSat technology and open new frontiers for space exploration. Today, NeuroSat represents our commitment to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the cosmos.
